Before i help.. What are you doing on this app? There is some very bad people here that will take advantage of you. if you do need help i would recommend "I am sober" its a app you can download on your phone tablet or laptop. you will get your help there

Well im happy to see the people triying to support you. Im a man got sexual abuse from my cousing when i was 8. Kilk myself just twice but now i have a kid and a partner is not over the traumas come always but healing is posible i hug you and hope you get get out of that hole. I tell you is posible, thx for sharing it
